uniform policy
The RCUA adheres to the New York State Baseball Umpires Association (NYSBUA) uniform policy with the following exceptions listed below.
Exceptions to NYSBUA Uniform Policy:
Recreation Baseball: RCUA approved fitted navy hat, white letters with red piping used at both the plate and in the field.
Optional Shirt: The scarlet (red) shirt is NOT approved.
Pull-Over Jacket: Smitty full or half sleeve are the approved jackets for the RCUA.
